A Creative Workshop for Beginners & Enthusiasts Alike

Join us for a relaxed and joyful embroidery workshop where you’ll learn how to hand embroider beautiful wildflowers using chunky wool. Whether you’re completely new to embroidery or looking to try something a little different, this workshop is the perfect chance to slow down, get creative, and make something truly unique.

🧶 What to Expect

In this hands-on session, you'll be guided through the basics of hand embroidery with chunky wool, learning techniques to create textured, vibrant wildflowers inspired by nature. We'll cover:

• Simple stitches made easy
• Tips for working with chunky wool
• How to design your floral layout
• Finishing techniques to give your piece a polished look

🧥 Choose Your Project

You'll have the option to embroider one of the following items, which will be provided as part of the workshop, please let us know which one you'd like to embroider in the Order Notes before checkout, see below for more info:

• A cosy cardigan
• A classic jumper
• An adorable baby blanket
• A stylish denim jacket

Each piece is yours to keep — so you’ll walk away with a beautiful, wearable (or giftable!) creation, lovingly stitched by you.

All materials are included in the price, so there’s nothing you need to bring. Your workshop kit will include:

• Your choice of base garment or blanket
• A curated selection of chunky wool in floral-inspired colours
• Embroidery kit (needle, needle threader, scissors)
• Designs printed onto water-soluble stabiliser
• Friendly, step-by-step instruction
• Drink & Cake

• Location: Lily's Yarn & Craft, Hunter Chase Garden Centre, Brentwood, CM13 1SN
• Time: 09:30am - 11:30am
• Duration: 2 hours
• Skill Level: No experience needed!

Come solo or bring a friend — either way, you'll leave with new skills, new inspiration, and something beautiful you've made with your own two hands.

4. Cream Cardigan Size: 6-12M, 12-18M, 2T, 3T
